It also calls for cancellation of license if it has got more than 30 points of revocation.

And in case, an offender gets caught for the second time, he is slapped a fine of $350. Moreover, the license also gets suspended for 90 days, with imprisonment for 10 days. So, it is best to get your vehicle insured if you wish to avoid the harsh side of law.
